HOW TO CHANGE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

All data in your Wanderlust kids account is used exclusively for your business relationship with Wanderlust. You have, at any time, a right of access, modification, rectification and suppression of data concerning you.WHERE IS MY CART?
Your shopping cart is located at the top of the home page on the left. When you click on « My shopping cart », you are automatically directed to the detailed summary of your shopping cart.HOW TO ADD ITEMS TO MY CART?
Click on the items you like, you automatically access the product sheet of the item in which you will have to select any size and color options, but also the quantities. Then click on « Add to cart » and your item will automatically be added to your cart. You can finalize your order by identifying yourself or you can decide to continue your shopping on the site. At any time, you have access to your shopping cart at the top of the home page.HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place your order on the internet 24h/24h and 7d/7d, or by phone or whatsapp by contacting our customer service on + 39 3441525950, from Monday to Saturday from 10.30 to 18.30.
The procedure for placing an order consists of 6 successive stages:
- identify the selected products with the choices of colors, sizes...
- indicate the desired quantities of product;
- identify yourself by entering your login and password which are strictly personal, or follow the registration procedure by entering the necessary information.
- clearly indicate the information necessary for the delivery. In particular regarding the precise delivery address as well as any accessibility restrictions at the place of delivery (building, floor, digicode...);
- indicate the chosen delivery method;
- read and accept the general conditions of sale, indicate the chosen means of payment.
Once the means of payment has been selected, you can proceed with the payment of your order on the secure interface which will allow you to confirm your order.

HOW TO KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
After confirming your order and proceeding to secure payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you. It is a summary of the order which contains the nature, quantity, price of the selected items, means of payment and delivery address.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Typically, each order is processed in 1 business day. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, from that moment take into account the terms of the expected carriers.
HOW DO I USE MY PROMO CODE?
First, check the conditions for using your code: period of validity, items considered, minimum purchase, etc. A code is never refundable. Some codes can only be used once and cannot be combined. If you have a promotional code, you can indicate it in the shopping cart in the « Promotional code » area and do not forget to confirm "OK" to benefit from this advantage code.
Note that to benefit from certain codes reserved for you (birthday, voucher, etc.), you must be identified on the site. Remember to enter your email and password before entering the promotional code.
CAN I CHANGE AN ITEM?
If you send us an item back due to a size or color problem, we can send you the same product back in a different size or colour. They are the only types of exchange we can make. In this case, the shipping of the new item is offered by us.
You can exchange for an item of the same brand or model in a different size, fit or colour. In the event of a price difference, you will have to pay the difference and vice versa we will refund the difference.
